GET FAMILIAR WITH THE PRODUCT
Once you receive your rep starter kit, I always recommend you take a photo of the pieces. I recommend you lay all of your pieces out in a flat lay and take the photo from above. Play around with your lighting. If you feel confident enough, try on the pieces and take selfies of yourself wearing the product! If live videos don't scare you, you can always post a live of yourself opening your starter kit in your FB launch group! As you become more familiar with the products, you will start feeling more comfortable and confident with your recommendations to clients. In the meantime, you can find a "Sizing Guide" in your back office documents, you can always ask ME, as well as search our Team Fit n Fierce team page on Facebook for threads on sizing!

LAUNCH TIME
It is time to get to work! Grab your notebook and turn to a blank page. It is time to start making your list! Start by numbering down the left-hand side of the page 1-10. Now write down names of people you know who (1) wear activewear (2) would support you. This is your immediate circle and your warm market. These are people you already know and already have a relationship with. Now for the part that might make your palms sweat... Turn the page. You are going to write down 20 names on this paper (or fancy spreadsheet). No pre-judging. Don’t decide for them. Just write down their names. Think your contacts, past customers, school friends, go through your FB friends list.

Now it is time to schedule your business launch event! This event can be an in-person event, online through FB, through email, or a text campaign. Your upline sponsor will gladly guide you through your launch party! Ideally you will want to schedule your launch event within one to two weeks. It is always great to have your launch party open when your new rep kit arrives.

Ask your sponsor if there are any incentives happening and review the first couple rank advancement requirements so you can map out your way to earn any incentives and hit your first rank promotion. This is super important. Write down your goal and action plan.

This is where you are going to reach out to your sponsor and discuss these items so pause and message them. (ideally within 48 hours)

LET’ START SHARING
1. YOUR IMMEDIATE CIRCLE:
This is your first list of people. Remember that list of 10 people you wrote down in your notebook? These are the people closest to you. You should be able to come up with 10-15 people. This includes family, co-workers, close friends, etc. Here is an ugly truth. Most likely the people you think are going to say yes right away won’t, nothing against you, it’s because they need to hear about the product or the opportunity 5+ times before they say yes. So let’s start putting your new business in front of them ASAP.
Stop and do this right now. Use this script as an idea of what to say. You can personalize it to sound more like you. Add some emojis, words you use, make it your own. Let your upline know when you are done.
Script: “Hey ____ I am reaching out because I have partnered up with an Activewear company and I cannot wait to share more about it with you! We have great quality activewear I think you’ll love. If I sent you more info would you be interested?“
2. CURIOSITY POST:
Listen. We know you are super excited and want to shout about this company from the rooftops! You should be excited, but you need to be careful not to become a "social media spammer". One of the biggest mistakes new reps make is spamming their Facebook news feed with lots of posts and posting the company name everywhere. We often refer to this as "Zyia-ria". It could become a big turn off for people so tread lightly!
Now. Let's create some curiosity, shall we? Post a photo of you wearing Zyia or a lay flat of your starter kit.
Some examples below:
“I am so excited to share that I am launching a new business. I have partnered up with an activewear company and I cannot wait to share more about it with you!
If you happen to be a person who lives in activewear, loves comfy and cute workout clothes or just for lounging, you are going to love it all!
If you are someone who needs a source of income I would love to share more about this opportunity with you as well! I’m looking for friends to join me and get started with me!
I appreciate your support! Would you be open to learning more?”
Another option:
“Where are my activewear lovers? I was recently introduced to an awesome activewear brand. They offer activewear that is stylish and affordable without compromising quality.
I am extremely picky when it comes to fabric, so I was ecstatic when I tried on my first pair of leggings. The fabric is soft and compressive, yet thin enough that you don't feel restricted. My favorite part, though, has to be that the waistband stays put. No rolling or slipping down! Anyways... I am hosting a Facebook party. If you are interested in checking it out, comment or send me a PM and I will send you an invite when my event is all set up!
3. YOUR LAUNCH PARTY
Your launch party could be in person or online, or both. Invite everyone who says they are interested in checking it out.
I challenge you to start with a FB Live video on your profile chatting about your newest venture to build interest! If FB Live scares you, just be authentic with your post :)
Your launch party can take place in your home with some girlfriends over wine or green juice, online through a Facebook group, or better yet: BOTH!!
